Please call our free Help line 800 222 333 (Mon-Fri 8:00 – 18:00) to have the value of your vouchers transferred back to your account in the form of points, so that you will receive them on your new card the next time the statement is sent.
What should I do if I have lost my Clubcard or it was stolen, and I cannot redeem the vouchers sent in the points statement?
