If you have used your Clubcard at checkout but have not received any points, please contact our customer service desk within 1 day of your purchase with your receipt, where our colleagues will investigate your complaint. If you did not present your Clubcard at the time of payment, we will not be able to give you your points and your complaint will be rejected.
