If the product you have ordered is not available at our store on the day of collection, we will either not be able to provide the selected product at all or you will be offered a substitution product that you can accept or reject during the collection of your order. While ordering the products, the Customer has the opportunity to express consent or disagreement with the substitution of products, both at the level of the individual products and at the level of the entire shopping list. The price, package size and brand of the substitute product may differ from the price, package size and brand of the product selected by the Customer. Delivery note sent to you via email will list any substitutions at the top of the page, including number of pieces, unit price and total price. If you don’t want the substitute, just hand it back to the staff at the collection point, and you won´t be charged for the product.
