If the product you have ordered is not available at our store on the day of collection, we will either not be able to provide the selected product at all or you will be offered a substitution product that you can accept or reject during the collection of your order.
When placing your order, you can choose whether or not you'd like us to offer substitutes — either for specific items or for your whole shopping list. If a product is substituted, the brand, pack size or price might be different from what you originally picked.
Your electronic delivery note will list any substitutions – along with the quantity, unit price and total price. If you don't want a substitute, just let the staff at the collection point know. If you're paying at collection, you won’t be charged. If you paid online, we'll refund you within 3-5 working days.
